-Each Guest Has A Separate Bed. Doubles and Triples are Shared Rooms, not beds!

PLEASE READ TERMS:
-All major credit/debit payments should be accepted via registration site.
-Monthly payment plans are available, email for more information.
-If you would like to pay via Zelle, Paypal Invoice, Cashapp or Venmo, please email with your room preference, full names of guests, and a mobile number; an invoice will be sent within 24 hours. These methods bypass the convenience and processing fees (Cashapp/Venmo have an additional 1.8% processing fee); The following cancellation policies are still in effect:
-If you need to cancel and did not pay through the registration website, you may find a replacement for your spot. Once the full payment of your replacement goes through successfully, you may request a refund of ticket price, however the Deposit is nonrefundable.
-If the event is canceled by Host, you are entitled to a Full refund for ticket price (Not including the convenience & processing fees, or protection plan if purchased through registration site).
-If you purchased on registration site and need to cancel, but did NOT purchase the protection plan; there are 2 options:
1. Find a replacement and complete a "Registration Transfer" which is available upon signing up for an account through this registration site. All registration costs will be refunded except a $100 transfer fee.
2. You may find a replacement for your spot to pay with alternative methods. Once your replacement makes a full successful payment, you may request a refund of ticket price, however the Convenience & processing Fees and Deposit are nonrefundable.
-For ALL registrants regardless of payment method:
If registration is not paid in full by the due date (July 15th), you have 14 days to complete payment before losing your spot and all payments up until that point are nonrefundable unless a replacement pays in full; Previously stated cancellation policies will still be in effect.
